This page explains what happens to your personal data when you use stephenreed.me. I keep it deliberately short and plain.

Who I am

I'm Stephen Reed, and I'm responsible for your data (the “data controller”). You can contact me at hello@stephenreed.me.

What I collect

If you sign up for the 7-Day Micro-Action Challenge, I collect your email address. My email service also records basic technical details about your sign-up, such as when it happened and from which internet address.

Coaching enquiries and the questionnaire

If you send a coaching enquiry, I collect your name, email address and the message you write. If you then complete the optional questionnaire, I also collect your answers, your scores and, if you write one, your 90-day goal. Some answers may relate to your health or wellbeing, so please share only what you're comfortable with. I use this only to reply to you and to prepare for a possible coaching conversation. Enquiry emails are delivered to me through Web3Forms, a form service, and the questionnaire on the results page can also add you to my email list if you choose to join the challenge there.

Why, and on what basis

Who handles your data

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone else.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies of its own and doesn't use advertising or tracking tools. If that changes, I'll update this page.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how I use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email me at hello@stephenreed.me and I'll respond promptly.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
